House rules

1. Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Violations will result in a fee of CHF 250, plus the cost of special cleaning and any damage repairs.

2. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out must be by 11:00 AM at the latest.

3. Peace and order: Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.

4. Noise monitoring: Systems for measuring noise levels may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.

5. No pets allowed: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

6. Nighttime quiet: Please respect the nighttime quiet from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

7. Number of guests: The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Please contact us in advance if you would like to invite additional guests.

8. Lost Keys: Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

9. Damage and Loss: Guests are liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Please report any damage immediately.

10. Commercial Activities: Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.



11. Compliance with House Rules: By booking a reservation, you agree to comply with the house rules. Failure to comply with the house rules will result in any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
