House rules

1. No smoking. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

2. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.

A late check-out is not possible, as this disrupts the entire process. A late check-out is only possible if

it has been clearly agreed upon with us beforehand. Should check-out occur after 11:00 AM without

prior arrangement, we will unfortunately have to charge an additional fee of CHF 100. Thank you for

your understanding.

3. No parties or excessive noise. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise.

4. Pets are not allowed, out of consideration for allergy sufferers.

5. Please observe the quiet hours that apply throughout Switzerland:

Nighttime quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Midday quiet hours from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

6. Number of guests according to booking: Unregistered guests exceeding the booked number are not permitted. Prior contact is required – otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Please report any damage immediately. Damage to blinds that are not raised during a storm, strong winds, or thunderstorm will be charged to the guests.

9. Please leave the oven clean. A special cleaning fee will apply for excessive soiling.

10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to adhere to the house rules. Guests who violate the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.

11. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
