Welcome to our stylish loft apartment in industrial design!

This unique apartment has been furnished with attention to detail and offers high-quality furnishings.

Relax on the balcony and listen to the soothing sound of the "Langete" river that flows right past the apartment and gives you the feeling of being in the middle of nature, even though you are in the center of Langenthal.

Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee or tea and enjoy amenities such as air conditioning and modern facilities. The spacious kitchen with integrated wok invites you to develop your cooking skills or quickly heat something up in the microwave. The spacious dining area offers space for 6 people and a wonderful view of the "Langete". A comfortable workplace is also available to you.

Relax on the couch in the stylish living room, which also serves as a bed for 2 people.Enjoy the Smart TV with streaming options and the soundbar for your favorite music. A king-size and a queen-size box spring bed as well as high-quality bedding await you for a restful sleep. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and dryer, as well as fresh towels and toiletries. We provide high quality bed linen and towels.

A welcome set with coffee, tea and milk portions as well as a small care kit awaits you. Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are part of the kitchen equipment. We also provide washing tabs for the washing machine and dishwasher.

House rules

1. Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. In the event of violations, a fee of CHF 250 will be charged plus the costs for special cleaning and any damage repairs.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., check-out must be at 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

3. Peace and order: Parties and excessive volume are not permitted.

4. Noise monitoring: Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to monitor excessive noise levels.

5. Pet ban: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

6. Night quiet: Please respect the night quiet from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

7. Number of guests: The number of guests may not exceed the number of people specified in the reservation. Please contact us in advance if you would like to invite additional guests.

8. Loss of Keys: Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

9. Damage and Loss: Guests are liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Please report any damage immediately.

10. Commercial Activities: Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

11. Compliance with the house rules: By booking a reservation, you agree to adhere to the house rules. If you fail to comply with the house rules, you will be liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.

Late check-out: A later check-out is subject to availability and can be booked upon request at an additional cost.

Mid-stay cleaning: Additional mid-stay cleaning can also be booked upon request and at an additional cost.

There is a free parking space available, which is part of the accommodation and is only a 1-minute walk away at Wuhrgasse 24.

You can get to the parking lot via 2 different streets. Please ignore the driving ban. Residents are allowed. The parking lot is at Wuhrgasse 24. The gravel parking lot is between Wuhrgasse 22 and 26. Access via Mühleweg 25-21. It is the first parking space, labeled Casa Milla, Apartment Wuhr. You can also stop briefly in the large Wuhr parking lot, unload and then repark the car. Please do not park the car on Wuhrplatz in front of the apartment! Thanks

The apartment is also directly adjacent to a public, paid parking lot with an electric charging station for cars (chargeable).

If you are arriving by train, you can reach the apartment in about 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Thanks to the central location, all major Swiss cities – Bern, Basel, Zurich, and Lucerne – can be reached within an hour.

The Wuhrplatz, where you live, is a meeting place and invites you to linger.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities.

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Langenthal train station.Langenthal is the center of Oberaargau, a small town in the heart of the Swiss Midlands, and a junction of the transport routes to nearby Bern, Basel, Zurich, and Lucerne.

The motorway is about 10 minutes away. It doesn't get any more central than this.
